By accessing or using The Binaural application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
The Binaural provides AI-powered binaural beat audio experiences for focus, relaxation, sleep, and creative exploration. Audio is generated on your device using procedural synthesis.
You may use the service as a guest or create an account with an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system or Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your App Store settings or account page.
The Binaural is designed for general wellness purposes only. Binaural beats are not a medical treatment. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery. We make no medical claims about the effectiveness of binaural beats.
If you use community features (forum posts, session sharing), you agree not to post content that is abusive, harmful, misleading, or violates any laws. We use AI moderation and reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The Binaural app, its design, code, and AI recommendation engine are the property of The Binaural. Audio generated during your sessions is for your personal use.
The Binaural is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to hearing discomfort, sleep disruption, or inability to focus.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
